Monday, November 2, 2009, I walked into 7 Salon with my rate card, laptop, and ad contract. I went up to the receptionist and asked if I could speak to a manager. She recognized me, I go to 7 Salon to get my hair cut, and said that Josh, the owner/manager, was out of town. I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak to about getting them to advertise with a high school newspaper and she said that Josh was the one who did that. She went on to say that Josh would be back in town at the end of the week and that I should call to set up a meeting.

I am planning on calling them tomorrow and Friday to check if Josh is back in town. I did not know if this circumstance constituted a reflection, so I wrote a short one just in case.

1. JSA Fall State Conference (I am in JSA so I guess that this would be a story idea for someone else.)

2. review of I Never Saw Another Butterfly

3. Drama Club update (I spoke briefly about this in the faculty change article, but the drama department is really up and going this year and I think that it would make a good story.)

5. parent involvement in school, PTSA
